What happens when a customer orders something after my store is closed?

The merchant chooses when to dispatch orders for delivery within the app. Since open & close times are tracked within the OneRail platform, orders that are dispatched after the cut-off time will not be dispatched until the following day.


Customers will see the Same Day delivery option at check-out along with the cut-off time, to inform them that if ordered after that time, they will not receive it Same Day.
