Return Delivery View
You can now view Return Delivery in the OneRail platform.
You can now see reporting based on both “Scheduled Delivery” and “Scheduled Return” when SLAs are determined on these criteria.
You can now filter the deliveries, orders and reporting tabs based on the Organization name.
“Live Chat” v “?”
You can now access the live chat functionality through a button showing “Live Chat” instead of the “?” icon. This “Live Chat” flashes when to signify a new chat message was received if the chat window is minimized.
CLIENT SPECIFIC FEATURES
Name v Location Number
Reporting graphic now shows Location Name instead of Location Number for easier viewing. For example, the Reporting visual for Deliveries by Day and Location shows "Austin" instead of “541”.
In Reporting, you can filter based on Status for all Deliveries. This Status filter replaces the existing "Trigger" filter.
FIXED – New Order Availability
New order availability to route notifications properly pushes to devices.
FIXED – Return Delivery
Active orders in a multiple in-progress order do not disappear from an assigned LP’s (Logistic Partner) mobile app when a Return Delivery is created from a delivery that s a route of this multiple orders route.
FIXES AND PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENTS
In our continued efforts to make OneRail the most reliable last mile logistics platform, we eliminated a number of key bugs and improved performance in the platform this week.
