Returns Visibility in ORD

LPs can see a return assigned to them in the ORD to finalize a return. ORD views these returns as a unique order instead of an existing accepted and incomplete delivery.

YTD Reporting

You can now see reporting date range with a 12-month view instead of 3-months.


Route #

You can now view the Route # in Reporting and is located to the right of “Order ID”.



FIXED – Saving an Edited Delivery

An order is updated when adding or editing an existing order and the Save button is selected. Hitting Save edits the order to the end point.

FIXED – Receiving Drop Offs

Logistic Partners (LP) only receive drop off orders and not pickup orders when this is applicable. This was resulting in the pickup order being cancelled by the LP, which cancelled the order.


FIXED – Cancelled Deliveries

When a delivery is canceled by OneRail or Shipper it does not redispatch.

FIXED – Dispatching Orders Error

The Dispatch checkbox is greyed out o a dispatched order when multiple people are dispatching orders and one tries to dispatch an already dispatched order.


FIXED – Live Tracking Dots

Live tracking dots appear for deliveries being handled by an enroute internal driver.
