We are not saying we want another hurricane test, but we are excited the plans and preparation made worked.

You can now use a 0-10 survey scale instead of a 1-5 star rating system in the customer satisfaction communications.
CUSTOMER NOT AVAILABLE
A Customer Not Available reason code for initiating a return of a delivery has been added to better reflect return scenarios.
INACCURATE ITEM INFORMATION EXCEPTION
You will have more accurate reporting on Exceptions by the addition of an “Inaccurate Item Information” exception that reflects inaccurate weight and dimensions submitted at order. This inaccurate information can result in the wrong vehicles being dispatched.
CONTACT INFORMATION REPORTING
You can now see the Delivery Contact Name and Phone Number in the Reporting page with the addition of these fields.
You have time to complete orders and dispatches when left at the end of the business day by nightly cleanup of orders processing every three days instead of overnight.
ORDERS PAGE REFRESH
You will see new orders on the Orders page in less than a minute with a quicker automatic refresh of the page. You can still manually refresh the Orders page.
SHIPPING IN STATUS FILTER
You will now have the “Shipping” filter default on the Orders page’s “Status” filter dropdown instead of “Picking” and “Packing” being the default filters. This creates the “Shipping” status as the default display for orders on this page.
RETURN FUNCTIONALITY WITH DELIVERY WINDOWS
Return functionality now allows returns to be created on deliveries assigned to a service level that includes delivery windows.
DRILL DOWN ORDER STATUS IN REPORTING
You can now select one or multiple order statuses in Reporting to filter the report visuals on the reporting dashboard.
FIXED - Properly Match Customer Locations
All information for a delivery with an existing customer pulls in all delivery information using the customer location name and displays instructions to the Logistics Partner accordingly.
FIXED – Page Count
The proper number of pages is displayed on the “All Deliveries” page.
FIXED – All Internal Dispatches on Mobile Device
You will now see both delivery tasks on the mobile device tasks when two internally dispatched tasks are created.
FIXED – Internal Only Stays Internal Only
You will not be able to reassign an internal-only delivery to a third-party logistics partner when reassigning the order. It will require the reassigning to an internal-only delivery.
FIXED – All SLA Exemptions
You will now see the proper SLA exemptions reflected for all follower deliveries of a clubbed/batched order in reporting.
CLIENT SPECIFIC ENHANCEMENTS
FIXED – Label Sku’s
You now have labels for parcels with Sku's that have quantities greater than 1 sent to UDFC to be printed and placed on boxes.
