New Features

  • [OR_DEV-11614] You can now customize the survey form for customer feedback in the Organizations tab CX Management section.  You can specify 5 Scale, 10 Scale, or NPS (Net Promoter Score). If 5 Scale or 10 Scale is selected, you can choose between Stars or Numbers to display in the feedback form (NPS always displays a numerical scale of 0-10).
       

Minor Enhancements and Improved Performance
